The apartments are located in the heart of Kaštel Stari, located on the ground floor of a charming old stone house, just 15 meters from the main beach Đardin. In the immediate vicinity there is a park, waterfront, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, clothing and footwear stores, specialty stores, fish market, bakery, pharmacy, market, hairdresser, jewelry store, Croatian lottery and a nightclub. The airport is only 4 kilometers away, while the bus station is right nearby. The apartments have been recently renovated and luxuriously furnished. They feature an elegant bathroom, a spacious double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, and a modern kitchen and living room with a comfortable sofa bed that offers a bed of the same size. The living room is also equipped with a seating area for four people. For your comfort, the apartments are equipped with a hairdryer, towels, iron, washing machine and dryer, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, kettle, large fridge with freezer, and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils. There are two TVs (one in the bedroom, the other in the living room), two air conditioners, as well as optical internet with free Wi-Fi access. Free parking is available 300 meters away, while public parking near the apartment is available for a monthly fee of 25 euros. If necessary, we can organize transportation to and from the airport.
