The 90 m² apartment has a spacious terrace with a view of the sea and the surrounding islands, a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a room with 1+1 bed (pull-out), ideal for creating an additional play or work space. The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped with kitchenware, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and oven, dishwasher, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, wardrobes, washing machine, hairdryer, towels, bed linen and sun loungers for the terrace. Private parking is available free of charge.

In the immediate vicinity there are small pebble beaches, surrounded by rocks and sheltered from the sun by pine trees. For lovers of sandy beaches there are two nearby, and just a 10-minute drive away you will find a range of sandy beaches with bars and restaurants, including the popular Copacabana Beach with plenty of activities for those looking for fun.

Okrug also offers a rich free music program during summer evenings: traditional Dalmatian klapa singing during fishermen's evenings, as well as performances of popular, rock and classical music under the starry sky.

Apartment "Levanat" is named after the gentle summer wind "levant", which brings a refreshing breeze from the sea on warm mornings. In the days when ships sailed without engines, the levant was used to transport goods across the channel to the mainland in the morning hours, after which they sailed back to the islands with the mistral wind in the afternoon.

The apartment offers an experience similar to sailing: a view of passing sailboats, the sound of waves and the smell of sea salt - but with all the comforts of the mainland. The view of the islet of Čelice with the lighthouse brings back memories of old times and the story of a seahorse living in the depths and a little fairy waiting for him at sunset to listen to the secrets of the sea.
